The arrests come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.
A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.
Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Police were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.
The attack - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
